Jen Safyan Consulting is your outsourced COO. We provide small businesses project management and process improvement expertise. Our custom solutions blend together our passion and logic for organization to develop projects, streamline systems, and improve efficiencies. We consider ourselves one of the team by providing hands-on support as we help you make your business run smoother and grow. We are a boutique consulting firm with over 10 years of project management experience. After working in a variety of industries, we saw that inefficiencies are a universal challenge across all businesses and launched to provide specialty services to resolve those inadequacies.
Jen Safyan’s discipline and focus allows her to connect on an analytical level, while her interpersonal skills and passion for learning connect on a personal level. These two sides allow her to get to the heart of business challenges and provide practical, straightforward solutions. Jen graduated from the University of Southern California with a BA in Art History, and began coordinating the logistics, budgets, and schedules of traveling exhibitions for the Los Angeles County Museum of Art and the Hammer Museum. Deciding to pursue her love of operations in startups, Jen honed her skills manufacturing and distributing two bottled water products worldwide for a new luxury beverage company. She oversaw the raw material sourcing, production at the plant, and quality control of the final product. She followed her operations passion to learn the technical aspects of project management and earn her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2015. Wanting to focus more on startups and early phase projects, Jen moved to work at a management consulting firm where she interfaced with international cross-functional teams developing concepts and prototypes. Since launching her business in 2017, Jen provides small businesses expertise in project management and process improvement. She has worked with a variety of businesses and industries, including fitness, real estate, law, and education.
